Canvas Fix & Full Screen Option

Canvas Fix
Previously, the canvas elements would not stretch, and would appear incorrectly on certain screen resolutions. Now, the canvas stretches correctly which shows the elements correctly on all screens.

Full Screen Option
Because of the above fix, the game can now be played both windowed and in full screen.
